Brooke Cuthbertson honoured
at ECU Scholarships Ceremony
Edith Cowan University (ECU) had their annual Scholarship Ceremony on 25th November. This event is an opportunity to celebrate ECU’s exceptionally talented recipients and recognise the generosity of donors who make philanthropic scholarships possible. Among many deserving winners, Kate Mullin Scholarship Awardee Brooke Cuthbertson was singled out to give a speech on her educational experiences. She took the opportunity to thank the Association for the Scholarship Award which was particularly helpful to her in completing her degree. “It enabled me to complete my studies whilst balancing family responsibilities and not go into debt” she said. “The work that Kate Mullin did, including working closely with Aboriginal children, aligns with what I’m passionate about and what I aspire to achieve.”
