NAIDOC event at ARC Infrastructure
At the recent NAIDOC Week Ken attended the launch of ARC Infrastructure’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) at their HQ at the airport. ARC Infrastructure are a major sponsor of the Association, and in particular they sponsor one of the Kate Mullin Scholarship awardees, Shanae Tesling of Geraldton. Shanae was there, along with her partner and baby daughter who is 2 months old. Shanae is an artist and she designed the artwork on the cover of ARC’s RAP, which gives a sense of ARC’s rail network. Below is a photo of Shanae with Ken and Murray Cook, ARC’s CEO, and with Shanae’s artwork in the background, and a general photo of the guests including Troy Cook former Dockers footballer who is now a General Manager of the Waalitj Foundation (formerly the David Wirrpanda Foundation)
